Please follow the steps below in order to submit your application for processing.

Step 2: Pay Application Fee

The owners application fee is only $45/adult (18+ yr old). You can sen proper amount using Zelle (preferred) using email [email protected] which will be the same way you will be paying rent which makes it a good practice.

Alternatively, you can use the button below to enter correct number of applicants and pay the appropriate application fee via PayPal using credit or debit card.

Step 3: Submit Supporting Documents

Please email [email protected] or upload securely the supporting documents like photo ID, pay stubs, and application if you didn’t do the application online.

What is Next

If your application is complete, we can usually let you know very quickly, but we ask that you please allow up to 48 hours for processing.

Note: Some communities have their own application/registration process, which is separate from our application. If you are approved with us, next step will be to sign a lease and collect deposit. If applicable, the lease will subject to community approval.
